Calculate the number of cards you wish and multiply by $12. (Newburgh card is $10)
Make your "donation" by using a credit card, debit card or PayPal. You will need to click on the "OTHER" amount button and put the amount you owe for your cards ($12 per card). For example, donate $36 and you will receive 3 cards.
Put "0" in the tip amount
